Description

Vincent Hamel limits himself to a modest scale and modest materials, yet he produces captivating work that exhibits his deep love for color and tactility. In Prussian Blue, he restricted himself to wax crayon, building up layers of pure pigment. Though powerful, the image is quiet and contained.
